UCL’s Department of Clinical and Movement Neurosciences is looking for a Research Fellow to join the Wood Lab and work independently on a new project ‘Mapping the PD brain: Oligomer-driven functional genomics’, the objective of which is to provide a comprehensive mapping of the genetic factors and biological processes that cause α-synuclein driven Parkinson’s disease (PD). Our results will redefine the textbooks by mapping the PD brain through α-synuclein oligomers, rather than through Lewy bodies.
