Biography

I am passionate about Parkinson’s disease and neurodegenerative diseases. I worked as part of the Mexican Parkinson’s Research Network (MEX-PD) for two years and a Trainee of the Global Parkinson’s Genetics Program (GP2) Consortium. I graduated with a BSc in Genomics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). I am currently doing a PhD in familial Parkinson’s Disease at the Computational Neurogenomics Lab at the QIMR (UQ) in Brisbane Australia .
