Benjamin Pizarro Galleguillos, MD

I am a Medical Doctor, doing a PhD in Medical Science and Residency in Radiology Program at Universidad de Chile. I had participated in several research projects in biomedicine, ranging from genetics to imaging techniques. Nowadays, I am working in imaging genetics applied to neuromuscular disorders, using machine learning and biostatistics tools looking to develop new biomarkers for precission medicine. Last year with a group of friends, we started a Start Up on digital medicine and we failed, however we had a intense and exciting experience. Now I am Medical Advisor at Examedi(YC S21) and Retina, building the future of healthcare in Latam.
