Biography

Dr. Suppata Maytharakcheep, MD, MSc, is a neurologist specializing in movement disorders, particularly Parkinson’s disease. She currently works as a Junior Faculty member and Movement Disorder Specialist at the Chulalongkorn Center of Excellence for Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders in Bangkok. Dr. Maytharakcheep completed her Clinical Fellowship in Movement Disorders and earned a Master’s in Medical Science from Chulalongkorn University in 2022. She holds the Thai Board of Neurology diploma (2020) and a medical degree from Mahidol University (2014). Her research includes publications in peer-reviewed journals and contributions to book chapters on botulinum toxin treatments. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society. Dr. Maytharakcheep has received multiple awards, including travel grants and poster presentation prizes, in recognition of her work in the field of movement disorders.
