Caroline B. Pantazis, PhD

Biography

Caroline received her B.A. in neuroscience from Hamilton College (Clinton, New York) and her PhD in neuroscience from Rutgers University (New Jersey). She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) with a research focus in the neurobiology of motivated behaviors. Caroline now serves as scientific project manager for the Laboratory of Neurogenetics (LNG) and the Center for Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias (CARD) at the National Institute on Aging (NIA). Here she coordinates and manages several large scale projects in neurodegenerative disease research space.
