Biografía

Anastasia is a doctoral student at DZNE Tuebinegn in a laboratory of Prof. Dr. Peter Heutink. The focus of Anastasia’s research is the investigation of genetic risk factors for Parkinson’s disease. She is specifically interested in the detection of structural variation using whole genome alignment and long read-based approach.
