Interactive Map

At the Global Parkinson’s Genetics Program (GP2), we are committed to being open about our progress to date and to be a convener for the global Parkinson’s disease (PD) community. In this interactive map you can explore:

  • Cohorts from around the world who are part of the GP2 community. Select the cohorts button below to learn more about which cohorts are working with GP2, using the location filter to see which regions of the world we have cohorts in, and the data shared button to see which datasets are currently available on AMP® PD. Click on a specific cohort to see  progress to date around genotyping the samples. Continue to visit this page as data is updated quarterly. Please direct any questions regarding cohort data to [email protected].
  • Monogenic resources highlighting the GP2 or GP2-affiliated centers currently active in monogenic PD research, use the location filter to learn where these centers are located around the world. Clicking into a center will provide  information on available participant numbers, detailed clinical research, and clinical trial activities and facilities. To connect with centers for collaborative efforts, email [email protected].
