Biography
Madiha is a clinical pharmacist and postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Neurogenetics in Lübeck, Germany. She studied pharmacy at Kiel University, Germany, where she also earned her PhD. Her research focuses on biomarker discovery in Parkinson’s disease, using omics approaches such as metabolomics and proteomics while accounting for genetic variability. By integrating multi-omics data, she aims to optimize therapeutic strategies and diagnostic tools, with a particular interest in facilitating early and prodromal-stage diagnosis. She is interested in pharmacogenetics and how genetic profiles influence drug response, with the goal of optimizing therapy and advancing personalized medicine.
