السيرة الذاتية

I am a PhD in Molecular Biology and a Leading Researcher at O.M. Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) of Ukraine. My research is focused primarily on psychiatric genetics: I lead a multi-phenotype study of substance use disorders and a multi-omic study of stress-related disorders related to war. I have also a strong interest in genetics of neuroimmune disorders (my PhD thesis was devoted to MS genetics) and in oncology Bioinformatics (my postdoctoral and industry R&D-related experience was in this area).
My interest and a possible contribution to the GP2 Consortium is in experience exchange on the sample recruitment and in genetic association studies of polygenic PD susceptibility + a possible bioinformatic analysis (DNA/RNA/scRNA-seq).
