个人简介
My research mainly focuses on the genetics of Parkinson’s disease. On one hand, I aim to explore the functional effects of lysosome-related signals identified in GWAS by linking biomarker profiles with genetic data. On the other hand, I am investigating the heterogeneity of Parkinson’s disease using bioinformatics approaches, including colocalization analysis and prediction methods such as polygenic risk scores, as well as single-cell data analysis.
