I am a wet-lab-turned-into-dry-lab researcher interested in analyzing different omics data for further understanding into the mechanisms and causes of PD. I’ve done PD PRS analysis and clinical data associations, PD TWAS and WES + variant prioritization for atypical parkinsonism patients. I’m interested in integrative research methods integrating multiple genetic and non-genetic level data.
