Dr. Ruth Walker is a neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders, which focuses on Parkinson’s disease and other disorders which result in involuntary movements. Her PhD examined functional neuroanatomy and neurochemistry of the basal ganglia. She has a particular interest in the rare genetic choreas, in addition to the neuropathological substrates underlying neurodegeneration in parkinsonian disorders.
